Beyond its great festivals, La Rioja maintains a strong institutional agenda through the Regulatory Council: the CECRV General Assembly, the annual approval of the Harvest Rules, the "Catas del Siglo" and an intense international presence (Germany, Switzerland, the UK) and even actions for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
